Silent Hill Townfall puzzles that can differ in your game
Almost every answer above is the same in every playthrough. Three need care:
- Richard's case (Box 36), Part 4. Its code changes between playthroughs; 486 and 597 have both been reported. Read yours from the Complete Grid of Codes you assemble from the two torn pieces of paper.
- SWDP control room, Part 6. Most guides use 254 and 103 for Open Valve B and Start Filter A; a few print 245 and 130. Each ID is shown on a CCTV feed, so check the camera if one is rejected.
- Projector slides, Part 5. If the letters on your slides don't match D, F, B, C, E, A, match each slide's picture to its item on the Meeting Agenda instead.
New Game Plus: the symbol door
On New Game Plus, a hidden door upstairs in the hotel in Part 2 hides the Strange Access Card for the Sci-fi ending. Press its symbols in this order:
Bird, Tree, Planet, Bird, Trinity, Satellite, Satellite, Fish, Rocket, Planet, Dog, Monument.
Trinity is the three-legged triangle, Satellite is sometimes called Sputnik, and Rocket is sometimes called Spaceship. Everything else you need for the joke endings is in the Dog and Sci-fi endings guide.
How Silent Hill Townfall puzzles work
Most Silent Hill Townfall puzzles hand you their answer through a document, a note or a broadcast on the CRTV. Pick up every clue and document you see: they solve the puzzles and count as Discoveries toward your ending (track them in the ending calculator). For tuning and colour-aligning the CRTV, see the CRTV guide.
The sources for all these Silent Hill Townfall puzzles are listed on each Part's walkthrough page, where every solution was cross-checked between guides.
